    The immersive experience will last between 50 to 60 mins. After playing Squid Game: The Experience, you are welcome to stay as long as you like in the Night Market to enjoy a variety of Korean-inspired snacks, cocktails and merchandise. Please note when booking the final session of the day that the venue will close 90 minutes after the final session time.
  • AGE REQUIREMENT
    The experience is open to all. Parents are encouraged to use their judgement about their child’s ability to fully participate in this series of physical and strategic games.

ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the event? The Experience is an immersive event based on Netflix's hit Korean series. Participants will take part in five intense challenges, from the iconic "Red Light, Green Light" to a variety of brand-new challenges created exclusively for London. Additionally, the experience features a Korean-inspired night market, offering a variety of snacks and drinks, merchandise, and themed photo opportunities.
Where is the experience located? The experience is located at Immerse LDN, ExCeL Waterfront, London, E16 1XL
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors.
How long does the experience last? The duration of the experience is approximately 60 minutes.
Is there an age requirement? The experience is open to all, and guests under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket. All guests playing the game require a ticket, regardless of age. Parents are encouraged to use their judgment about their child’s ability to fully participate in this series of physical and strategic games. Sessions from 18:00 onwards are for Adults (16+) only from September 1st.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Yes, snacks and drinks will be available to purchase in the Night Market at the end of the experience. Hot food is not served.
How physically demanding will the experience be? Squid Game: The Experience is a series of games that involve remaining in an upright position and moving for most of the 60 minutes. The venue is accessible for people in wheelchairs or people who require the use of other assistive devices. Please note participation in Memory Steps will not be possible for wheelchair users. Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale in the retail store.
Can I bring food and drink to the experience? Food and drink are not permitted inside the venue with the exception of resealable bottles of water.

Where can I get tickets?

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

On the Fever website
Can I purchase tickets on the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable unless your session is cancelled or rescheduled.
Can I make a group booking? If you're looking to book for a large group or arrange a private event, please visit our groups page

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your ticketed time. This will allow you time to prepare for the games before they start. Latecomers will not be permitted. Please note that disruptive behavior towards our staff may result in removal from the site or denial of entry.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Yes, Guide and Assistance dogs are allowed.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. However, participation in Memory Steps will not be possible for wheelchair users. Please note strobe light will be used throughout Squid Game The Experience.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?

For the proper function of the games, suitcases, backpacks or similar sized items are not permitted inside the experience. Likewise, strollers and baby carriers are not permitted.

Lockers are available for you to rent for an additional fee. These are limited and are available on a first come first serve basis. There are no provisions for large backpacks, suitcases, baby strollers etc. and we advise you to not bring these as there will be nowhere to store them.
Do you offer carer tickets? Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms with accessible and baby changing facilities for ticketed guests only.
Can I take photos or record the experience? You may take photos in the first room and outside of the games, but we request no photos and videos during game time. If you do take photos, please do so in a way that is not disruptive to your teammates’ enjoyment of the experience.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out to us at info@lunaglobal.com
Is there parking available?

Parking is available for pre-booked customers only during this event (subject to availability).

If you are planning to drive, then please reserve your space ahead of your visit here or consider public transport for your journey - Public transport | ExCeL London.

The T100 Triathlon takes place on the 9th and 10th August. Please check your route to the venue as there will be road closures in the area around the venue.Please note the following restrictions: Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th August: The car park will be pre-book only and available only for Blue Badge holders due to the Triathlon. The car park will also be pre-book only on the following dates: Friday 15th – Sunday 17th August and Friday 22nd – Saturday 23rd August.
Will there be an audio guide? Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
